Agg Jones employs trained SHL (formerly Saville & Holdsworth) assessors, and by keeping psychometric assessments in-house, instead of outsourcing this element of the selection process, it allows our consultants to gain a fuller, more informed picture of the candidate than would otherwise be possible.
Through our partnership with SHL, psychometric assessments can now be completed online via our website in a controlled (password protected) and unsupervised situation. This use of expert technology allows us to reduce costs, make time savings, provides candidates with a completely flexible testing schedule and importantly allows our consultants to focus their time where it is most effective – analysing the results.
