In many circumstances an assignment may require a hybrid approach, combining a number of the above approaches to provide a flexible solution tailored to the specific requirements of the client and role. This may include advertised selection to support an executive search campaign, or the insertion of a temporary contractor into a post until such time as a permanent hire has commenced employment and a handover taken place. Our objective is to structure our commercial terms to reflect our flexible methodology and deliver a solution to our clients that meets their budget parameters and generates a maximum return on their investment.
